ARE CANDIDATES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLACEMENT FEE?

NEVER. The employer is responsible for 100% of the fee.

WHAT LEVELS OF SECURITY TALENT DO YOU RECRUIT?

We make placements at the Executive, Senior, Middle management and Staff level.

IF MY RESUME IS A MATCH TO A POSITION DO YOU SEND IT TO YOUR CLIENT?

We will only submit your resume after receiving your consent to do so.

DO YOU OFFER REFERRAL FEES FOR CANDIDATE LEADS?

YES. If you refer a candidate to us (that we do not have in our databases), we will pay you a $1000 finder’s fee if we place this referred candidate within 1 year for any position. We must get paid by the client and the referred candidate must stay through the guarantee period of that particular employer.

DO YOU PAY A REFERRAL FEE FOR OPEN POSITION LEADS?

YES. If you refer a position that we are not aware of and we fill this position, we will pay you a $1,000 finder’s fee. We must be paid by the employer for the placement and the candidate must remain through the guarantee period of that particular employer.

DO YOU PLACE HOURLY CONSULTANTS AS WELL AS FULL TIME HIRES?

YES. Providing clients with consulting services is part of our business. We welcome all consultants to forward a resume and hourly rate estimates.
