Contingency Search

Cyber Search West performs as one of your preferred Recruiters and provides highly qualified candidates after securing an agreement based on your company job requirements. No fee is due unless you hire our referred candidate.

Engaged Search

This is a hybrid model employing features and benefits of both contingency and retained search. Cyber Search West is your exclusive captive recruiter (no second sourcing from another external recruiter) no associated upfront fees and require direct access your internal hiring authorities.

Retained Search

Cyber Search West is your single source for your recruiting assignment. As this is a consultative approach, we meet with your executive team; structure our agreement in terms of fees, payments and objectives. Discuss the position, title, requirements, compensation also learn more about your advantages and value proposition.

We initiate and perform a detailed search conducting in-depth interviews with qualified candidates. We next filter these candidates by checking references, assessing skills, personality traits, leadership attributes and motivation to present the best suited contenders for the position.

From our initial client meeting to the completed search assignment generally requires 90 days and clear concise interaction with our client executive team.

Special Offerings

Cyber Search West also offers special arrangements for contract and temporary to permanent hires. Fees paid to Cyber Search West will be based upon Agreed Fee Agreement. For the period of the contracted hire, client will bill the client monthly. In the event the contract/ temporary employee is hired into a permanent role, we deduct the contracting fees paid and apply it towards the permanent placement fee amount.
